At our interactive painting workshops, participants come together in a relaxed atmosphere to create their own artwork under the guidance of local artists – and walk away with something truly one-of-a-kind. From hobby artists to professionals – if you not only have artistic talent but also know how to charm and engage an audience, share your passion for painting, and stay well-organized, then we’d love to hear from you. Join ArtNight and inspire others with your creativity!

What you’ll do:

• Host 3–5 events per month with 15–25 participants, independently

• Ensure smooth event execution (including setup and breakdown)

• Decide when and where your public ArtNights take place (in bars/cafés/restaurants)

• Each ArtNight lasts about 4 hours including preparation and wrap-up, usually evenings during the week or afternoons/evenings on weekends

• Guide participants through the painting process so they can create their personal artwork

• Choose freely from a pool of ArtNight motifs which ones you want to teach

• Create an enjoyable and fun atmosphere for guests

• Additionally, you may also lead private ArtNights (corporate events, bachelorette parties, team events, etc.) that are booked directly through ArtNight

What you bring:

• You love being a host and creating a great workshop experience for participants

• You have solid knowledge of acrylic or watercolor painting

• You’re empathetic and communicative

• You’re reliable and have strong organizational skills

• You have space to store your materials – at home or at your venue (starter kit includes approx. 4 moving boxes with packaging materials)

What we offer:

• Marketing support: We take care of marketing, ticket sales, and customer service so you can focus on your art

• Flexibility: You decide when and where to offer your 3–5 ArtNights per month and manage your events independently via our platform

• Extra income: You’ll receive a fixed fee per participant (with a minimum payment guaranteed even for smaller groups) and a flat rate to cover event costs
